Zovrel (“we”, “us”) is an engineering consultancy based in Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through zovrel.com and in the course of our work with clients.

Information you give us, such as your name, work email, company and the details you write in our discovery-call form. Basic technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, collected through privacy-respecting analytics.
3. How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare for and hold discovery calls, deliver work you have engaged us for, and improve this website. We do not sell personal information.
4. Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the website, email and scheduling, under agreements that require them to protect it — and authorities, where the law requires.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement and our legal obligations require.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to how we use it. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
